What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If there's anything wrong with a LACHAVA product, please email info@lachavabeaute.com to request a return. We issue refunds for products returned within 30 days. We are unable to refund shipping charges. If you would like to process an exchange within 30 days, please email us at info@lachavabeaute.com. How long does it take to process a refund?

If your request is approve, refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
