What is your return policy?
If there's anything wrong with a LACHAVA product purchased from our website, we are happy to issue an exchange or refund for products within 30 days of delivery. While we're happy to refund or exchange your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Please see our Terms of Service for additional details about our return policy. We are unable to accept any returns past 30 days.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return, please email us at info@lachavabeaute.com and follow the prompt to complete your return. Do not use if you would like to make an exchange.

Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set. If you would like to keep some of the products in a set, we would be happy to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
How long does it take to process a refund?
If your request is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
What's the status of my order?
You can check your order status from the orders page on your account. Please allow 24-48 hours for the order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order as it makes it way to you. Email us at info@lachavabeaute.com. if you have any questions.
Can I make changes to my order?
At this time, we will be unable to make any changes or edits to any orders – this includes the shipping address. Please review your information before completing your order.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.
How do I cancel my order?
At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed on lachavabeaute.com. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal.
When will my order arrive?
All Lachava, including expedited orders, are processed within 1-3 business days – orders will then be shipped at the speed selected. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
US Standard shipping requires 12 - 15 business days for delivery.
UK Standard shipping requires 12 - 20 business days for delivery. Please allow additional time for tracking to be updated by Evri.
Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email/phone will be updated and given an estimated arrival date for your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated.
